Wow, day 3 done and I am sore - thighs, shoulders and abs - I felt them every time I moved trying to sleep last night, ouch. I suppose as they say, NO PAIN, NO GAIN!!!!!!!

I think 'cheat day' is the wrong word, how does 'free meal', or 'reward' sound. I allow myself 1 chocolate bar on weigh day (Wednesdays), only if I have lost weight for that week.
