  • It's true... you might as well have a regular soda. What's the difference when you're drinking artificial sweeteners and huge amounts of sugar either way anyway? I don't think that choosing diet or zero-cal sodas are going to benefit you in any way, especially if you choose to drink them as a way to lose weight.
