Weight can fluctuate up on down so don't worry. It's quite normal to have a big win first off then balance out as your body adjusts to your new routine. Keep at it, it will happen!

I've started using the smaller size on my grater, this makes a little go a whole lot longer.

Sounds like a great idea! I'll give it a go and I just did a rough calculation and if I do an hour and 15 minutes every day I should make it. What activities is everyone going to do? I thought I could mix up cardio and strength. Does walking count??
