I agree iwth the other posters - don't get discouraged at all. I weigh everyday. Sometimes you see spikes. I suggest weighing at the same time everyday. I find it best to do it first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything. That way you will see what your body weighs after getting rest. Good Luck!
