  • I use a tablespoon of almond butter on toast, or peanut butter on toast. Keep the toast whole wheat. I love Dave's Killer Bread Power Seed (Whole Foods), and only use natural peanut and almond butters. It's yummy, and very filling. It gives around 240 calories, and adds a significant amount of fat, but it's good fats.
