That's a hard one if you don't have access to a microwave. Try different types of salad with grilled chicken or turkey (cold chicken isn't too bad), fruits and healthy snacks in one of those lunchbags that stay cold. This was a great read. Since I've added weights to my workout, I really don't like cardio as much. I still do it of course, but I feel more of an impact with the weights. I was never worried about looking manly because that takes some serious commitment be it male or female.

Yes you can. I stopped smoking on Feb. 3rd after a visit to the doctor. At my follow up on May 3rd I had lost 13 pounds. During those three months I drank tons of water and started working out to curb my cravings. I'm still working on my food intake and habits, but I'm getting better. No way! Since I've started working out (Feb 2011) I've weighed myself twice. I'm an obsessive person so I can't get into that habit. I don't even own a scale. My next weigh in will be in July. I guess it is up to the individual. Good luck to everyone no matter how you do it.
