I'd love join, if you will have me... 28 yrs old, 2.5 year old and a one year old, work part time, building a home and my husband works crazy hours so i'm basically single mom most of the week. I need accountability and some major support! :)

under cardio, use "strength training (weight lifting/weight training)" Hope this helps!

Because our bodies (and brain) are made up largely by water (not sure the exact percentage) When you are well hydrated, your body/mind are working properly :) even though i know this, it is still difficult to drink that much water! Im lucky if i drink HALF that!

Strength training (weight lifting/ weight training) Its in the exercise database under cardio. It's probably the most accurate way to determine calories burned without a heart rate monitor!

This is what i had for lunch today... Arnold Artisan Oven Flatbread - savory herb 140 cal Turkey Pepperoni - 8 slices 35 cal Pizza Sauce - 1/8 cup 15 cal Kraft Fat Free Mozzerella - 1/8 cup 23 cal 213 per pizza and it's yummy!

i got a polar ft4, $60 on amazon. It has a chest strap. Easy to learn to use and now i can't imagine working out without it!

i had 3 lb weights and honestly they were too heavy sometimes, so i used 1 lb! No other equipment needed. You can continue with your other workouts, i am doing the shred along with c25k. I shred everyday (not missed one day) and c25k 3 x week. As far as advice, take before measurements and pics. The scale doesn't move much…

Personally, I keep pushing through. On day 18 today without one day of rest! And also doing c25k. Gotta challenge those muscles or they won't change!
