Ok so I add 500 cal everyday because i'm still exclusively nursing (other than tasting something here or there a few times a week, ds is 7 months old) Sometimes i feel like im eating too much, should i try for 300? i have never had problem with low supply, actually the opposite! i have the android app, it is good for your fooe/exercise diary but have not found a way to view threads which is a bummer! Great job :) that's what being a team is all about!! I have a hard time passing up the sweets at the grocery store! Not saying I will never eat sweets again, but I'm working on my self control. Im not strong enough yet to eat just one cookie!

I agree amanda! A few years ago, i lost alot of weight bc i was sick with my gall bladder. Everyone was like "oh my your too thin" and my bmi still said i was obese!

My son is 6.5 old, I haven't noticed that breastfeeding has helped but would hate to see myself if I hadn't. Eek!! I gained about 25 lbs during pregnancy, had lost about 16 then gained most of it back :( I blamed it on winter and having a newborn! No more excuses!! Its great we can all support each other :)
