Hey Robin, Thank you I would say its alot easier to do it in Spain than Scotland. I always lose weight whilst here. I also eat everything made from scratch whenever I can. This is my first post but have been a lurker for a while :) I'm Female, 23, Scotland though live in Spain for 6/7 months a year HW about 168 :embarassed: CW about 147 GW - 130 maybe lower IF I ever get there Weight is estimates as I don't own scales in Spain but weighed 147 end of March, will have some scales soon.
