It's like the same pain as getting your eyebrows waxed on steroids!! I had to take pain pills afterwards. But it was TOTALLY worth it!!! Almost two months of clean smoothness, so I was delighted.

Life with no alcohol is just bad for business all around!! Drinking in moderation, making sure to add it to your count and staying away from the dessert wines is the best policy :drinker:

YES!!!!! It is the BEST I've every used. I even use it to get makeup out of clothes.

I totally agree with both of them. Count everything when logging!!! And the best way to get the most accurate count of calories burned is to use a Fuel Band or something similar. Doing those two things TOTALLY changed my results :wink: Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

I take one that is mostly for my hair, but that's pretty much it. I tend to get plenty other vitamins in my regular diet so far. You should consult with your doctor before starting a regiment.

Since you really can't target that area it's hard to, but lots of cardio and rowing does help to get those bras fitting better and looking smoother. Best of luck to you =)
