I curl up in my bed with a good set of headphones and look through my music collection on my iPad. I try to find a song that is comforting and I listen to it a few times. Or, I will make a cup of tea. Or both!

The opposite, actually. 2 years on 20mg of Cipralex (Lexapro in Canada) helped me gain 40lbs. Even getting mono didn't stop the weight gain!

Hey alluptome, I was on 20mg of Cipralex (Lexapro's name in Canada) for 2 years. During that time, I ate the same amount of food and exercised more, mainly because I had the energy.
