Depends how much time you have to devote to going to other places/activities to meet people. I was working full time and finishing grad school a few years back so time was limited. I met my husband on match. 7 years later here we are. :) BUT...I did go on a lot of first dates and met a lot of cool people. Some of my…

I have the 405cx and agree with others. It has been a pain in my tush. I never know if it is suddenly going to quit. I have made them replace it once already.

I agree with the others but it really comes down to personal preference. If you love HIIT, then Insanity is the way to go. You will burn more fat with Insanity than P90X. I have done both, am a trainer and a BB coach. I love P90x for the strength, but Insanity for the leaning and toning.

Along with everything else that has been said, make sure you incorporate high intensity interval training as your cardio. Don't just get on the treadmill or elliptical and log away. HITT will help burn those cals faster. And yes. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN diet. I always ask my clients how bad do they want it? Dairy in your diet…

I agree with HollyMac. Beachbody has great workouts to tone and build muscle. Like her I am a coach too. There are tons of us that you can ask questions to. I actually have moved my personal training focus away from personal one on one sessions to coaching with the Beachbody DVD's. I am doing Insanity Asylum and it is…

I'm with Rock! I'm eating what I want. BUT...I did read a fun fact last night. The average american eats 7100 calories on Thanksgiving! Oh My!! So I will try to sneak in low fat subs when I can. Then Friday I will kick my butt in the gym! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Started with being diagnosed with cancerous cells. After 5 surgeries and no change i started doing my own research. After quitting all meat except fish... My 6 month checkup was clean. That was 7 years ago. Healthy ever since. NOW its a combo of healthy eating and my own ethical feelings on killing. I try very hard to…

Up to you. My husband wears his at night...I only wear mine during the day. I take it off to exercise or when I'm working outside. Husband "lost" his one day (found it in the laundry pile). He was more upset than me. I told him HE knows he is married. That is all that matters. I actually tell him to take it off. It's…

Love the tomb raider soundtrack. Its my go to tunes when nothing else seems to fit. I like the katy perry album and of course pink.

I'm a chocoholic...I use hot chocolate to get my fix. A low fat hot cocoa is about 50 cals...and lasts a lot longer. I find that I rarely finish it.

I use pea protein. Much better than some of the others out there. You will have to get creative and be willing to cook very meal! I have been vegetarian for 8 years and have gone back and forth with vegan. Def use the web to get some recipes.

try higher quality grains, quinoa, black beans and ocassional brown rice. Remember your body needs carbs for energy. So if you eat the higher quality carbs you won't have the same backlash as with refined carbs. :) I struggle with this too...trying to get the refined carbs out of my veggie diet. Here's my food for today:…

I'm there with you! You just have to keep trying. My workouts have been non-existent in the past month. But my gym bag is packed and am going after work. Trying to make good choices for food today. Wish me luck! :)

DO IT!! I love Body pump! Just lighten your weights if you are worried about it on the legs tracks. More than likely, unless you build muscle in your legs quickly, you won't bulk up from it.

Tuck and roll! LOL just kidding! I've read to take shorter strides and try and keep your hips over your feet (I think that's what they said). Try not to lean forward. Runners World has some good tips.

Recovery drinks are great IF you can't eat right after. If you are able to eat real food after, that's the best choice. just make sure it's balanced well!
