Once a month, at the end of the month (we started 7/1 so we've been measuring at the end of the month to get a baseline for the following month)

Yummy! Do you have a recipe you can share for those pumpkin muffins?
-
104 sticks of butter. oh my!!!

Anyone feel free to add me. I'm down 25 and still need to lose at least 35 more. I track everything and try to interact.

Put on a pair of shorts that I haven't worn in a few weeks and they're falling down! Fortunately it was just to run out to get a pedi and now back home I'm going to either have to find a belt or change before heading out for errands

Easy old school WW recipe. 1 box of spice cake 1 can of pumpkin Don't use the eggs/oil just mix the mix and pumpkin together and bake. It will be a bit lumpy but it stays moist and is so good. My mom would add a bit of milk and every so often I would put raisins in it.

I tried cymbalta which was amazing but it made me grind my teeth and I couldn't feel my fingers. lol. Lexapro works meh but I'm now hungry all of the time. Need to be aware and satisfy my hunger with healthy stuff. Hoping once my body gets used to it that will stop. At PT they do a lot of massage but the exercise just…

Thank you all! I do eat some of those but never think about bringing them to work. I often fail when I pack things for that day and when I get to work, I don't want it. That's where my eyes start to wander to the pizza place next door or the dollar store. I usually keep snacks in my desk (the perks of being a manager, at…

I "officially" weigh in once a week and measure every 2 weeks, always the same day. We take pics once a month, usually at either the last weighin of the month (september has many tuesdays, our weigh in day). Unofficially I weight myself about 3 times a day, but again, nothing is logged until that once a week.

I just take magnesium for my restless leg and was warned that I might get explosive. It hasn't worked one bit for me and really wish it would.

My BP is high. Cut my sodium to under my goal most days and it's still high. I joke that when I was fat and happy I was healthy. The minute I lost the weight (the first time) I had one issue after another. My BP is 150/98 on a good day. The doc says everything else is fine so I'm not on meds for it.

My body shape is rectangle with boobs. I don't fit into any 'norm'. I'm 5'2 so I'd have to have a 31" waist. In the 20 lbs I've lost I still haven't gotten under 40" I'm screwed!

Anyone feel free to add me. I'm on a journey to lose about 60lbs. I track every day and am active on here

I officially weigh in on Tuesdays. We measure every other week and pictures once a month. However, I weigh myself daily, even a few times a day. The day to day fluctuation doesn't bother me, just a check. I've seen people on here who have put their scales away for a month. I'm not sure I can do that!

That is wonderful!!! I understand the body image issue. I'm never what I think I am. Some days I feel like I'm at the 125 I was when I was 21 or the 208 I was just a few months ago. I'm so impressed by your hard work and dedication to making yourself healthy and I hope you keep rewarding yourself with these milestones!!!

Almost anything by Amanda Blank. I sometimes play through her CD during a workout. Keeps up a pretty good beat

following---love lots of these songs!

We are both heading back to work soon (seasonal employee) so we need to be a better planner. We're used to only making what is needed for one meal so we don't over eat. What I actually meant was do you prelog for the day so you know that you're making calories? I never thought, before this journey, that I would UNDER eat.…

Congrats!!!! That's awesome and I feel you on the bra!!!! I'm not sure what size they go to but Torrid has some sexy bras for us large chested women. They can be pricey but they have some fun bras and clothes! Just a side note on Old Navy, try on a few pairs in your size, even the same style. I have found that the…

Great job!! Love the shirt!!!

Kim's Pops (like giant rice cakes only made with corn and much more tasty) with almond butter and 1/2 banana. Can also put a little honey to make it sweeter and in a pinch we did it with apples which was yummy too. It's my go to dessert.

Try Soma or Department stores as mentioned. I've gained and lost so many times since I've had these girls (including one breast reductions). You tend to get the older, more respected women. We actually a bra store in our town that has been there for years that makes custom if need be.

Finally getting out of the clothes I've been stuffing myself in 18s for NY&C, 16s in Faded Glory/Old Navy, some 14s. I tried on a pair of dress slacks that are 14s that were too tight a few weeks back and now I can pull them down without unbuttoning. Bought two dresses that were 14s (I'm large chested and these girls are…

Awesome job!!!!!

Mine did some but mostly the number, not the cup. I've been as low as a 36d but up to a 42E. When I was at my largest, I had a breast reduction but not too much incase I shrunk when losing weight. The insurance paid for it because I couldn't run if the girls were too big, thus couldn't lose weight. Make sure you're getting…

Thanks all. While being a home, the foods haven't been a challenge but the rare times we go out, it's daunting. We're heading out of town this weekend. We've got the Denny's breakfast down just need to find the other foodstuffs. Here's to drinking my weight in water! :)

I'm dealing with similar issues ever since I started eating healthy. I'm eating more fiber than I used to, even eating fiber one cereals. I try not to take laxatives as they drop my blood pressure and I'm known to pass out (once found myself in my trashcan in the bathroom, glasses bent, fortunately the night before was…

We have all ages but my partner and I are definitely the biggest. We also know that the one instructor lost a ton of weight doing Zumba so we go, enjoy ourselves, make up our own dance moves and enjoy ourselves. We also do Drums Alive and we tried and barely survived a stability ball class where the instructor didn't count…

Anyone who loves zumba can add me!

5'2" and goal is 150. It's a weight that looks good on me. If I can get down to 135, great but no lower, for some reason I look sick at that point.
