But it was hard -- there were a couple of favorites with memories that stayed behind in my closet for now. I've done the Goodwill shopping to get some "mid-loss" clothes... and I can't wait to…

  • If you go to the Warrior Dash website, they have a suggested training schedule. There's a schedule for newbies as well as for Warriors. They suggest beginning to train at least 12 weeks before the Dash. I hadn't heard about it in time to take part this year, so I'm hoping one comes to TN in 2012. So far, it hasn't been…

  • Glad you're feeling better!!! Enjoy the rest of your weekend
  • I drink 100+ oz of water everyday (13 cups or more) -- often more like 16-18 cups. It makes a huge difference in my skin tone, and also helps keep me "regular". As far as trips to the bathroom, I've been able to "train" my body to bathroom breaks... it took a couple weeks, but now my body is used to the water intake.…
  • I'm down for the count with a a migraine today... Water's in, but exercise will have to be made up at a later date. I feel like I'm letting you all down -- so sorry!! • Congrats!! You look awesome :flowerforyou:
  • I started yesterday (11/5) as a "kick in the butt" to get off my plateau!! Perfect timing -- I need the accountability or I'll find a way to talk myself out of doing it
  • My husband uses this to track our bike riding. Absolutely LOVE it!! My favorite part is having the ability to measure and track "new" paths that we hadn't been on before. We haven't been having any problems with it -- used it yesterday, actually to track a short (10-mile) ride. You may need to "reboot" the app.
