Level 1 nearly done! Did day 8 this morning and I can do press ups much more easily than I could on the first day :) I'm using magnesium oil every day to keep the muscle pain to a minimum and that seems to be doing a pretty good job. I am really enjoying this DVD. I was getting bored with the gym. Can't wait to start level…

Baby carrots, cucmber sticks, capsicum sices with hummus or salsa to dip. Omelettes are good too. I make muffins substituting protein powder, rolled oats and LSA for flour. Those are pretty good lunchbox snacks.
