Are these noddles the same as the miracle noddles? I did try them, they are okay, can't say ill have them everyday has a taste that u definately have to get use to and the smell, wew!!!. But I mix mine with some cream spinach which definately enhance the taste. Ill want to try it with some sauce and turkey meatball.

welcome to mfp great site, i believe u can get to ur goal weight so just hang in dere. i did w w too and gain back weight so im trying to do it on my own. Its great so far, but as u no it has its challenges but we r a ll here to support each other. gud luck i will friend u.:smile:

Dats ge great, insanity is exact that insane. Im on my second week and its a struggle, but im alittle larger too so its hard. I do the best I can. Be prepare to sweat its very intense, keep us posted I will like to hear what u think :smile: Debbie

Same thing with me One week I wud have a hugh lost then the next week I gain doing the same thing I did the previous week. But I still hang in there watching what I eat and exercise.:smile:

1200 cal is too little to start with, try with a higher cal intake and work ur way down.
