I only take ACV once a day and take it like a shot every morning. (disgusting, btw lol!) As for the "grand plan" just eat whatever you want and track everything you eat at deficit. You don't have to eat healthy all the time to lose weight, but it's preferable to eat mostly healthy long term. You'll be fine.

I do. Fitbit gave me reason to eat more and I feel better about it everyday. I don't have to deprive myself of good food anymore as long as I burn it at the end of the day.

I weigh most my food, but not as strict as before as I already hit my goal weight. I understand your POV, however, calorie dense foods should be a must if your goal is losing weight. Peanut Butter, Olive Oil, Cheese, Nuts, Avocados, etc. will get you if you don't weigh these things in the long run

thawed, raw

2 slices of pizza is 500-600 cals and it will be easy to fit in your daily calorie intake. If you want more, like what others said, bank on calories earlier that week.

I'm a guy who lost 130 lbs with no intention of gaining muscles (I only do cardio) and I get this a lot in the office. Also from family. Even my parents. I remember them telling me to lose weight or I'll die early a LOT when I was younger (overweight by the age of 8 and obese by 12), but now that I've lost it to Normal BMI…

doesn't matter if you eat below your calories on a daily basis. here's my daily weight log for the month of september. my weight fluctuates greatly during weekdays and then hit new lows during weekend where i sleep for more than 5 hours. the app is called Libra available on Google Play. it shows you your weight trend based…

Daily, an app on google play called Libra gives you a better look at your weight trend when you do it daily. i like seeing the trend line pointing downwards

that moment when you walked along a glass wall and you didn't recognize yourself

no more sodas for me i haven't had one in 3 years and i didn't even realized it until this thread O_O
-
i did at first but along the way my food choices changed after looking at the junk i log in my diary on a day to day basis (fast food/processed food/sodas with ridiculous amount of added sugar). it kinda got to me. i still do these sometimes but definitely eating smaller portions worked towards losing my first 50 lbs. i…

yes. i'm a little more confident now but still an introvert. i don't think that'll change regardless of my weight lol

i own nutri ninja pro (same thing but rival brand). i only substituted smoothie for breakfast because i prepare it the night before. but yeah cmtigger is right. most of my sugar (carbs) comes from my morning smoothie because of the amount of fruits in it. definitely pad it with protein heavy stuff, either with nuts or…

i see her point but the way she delivered her message was horrible and offensive

she could've had a starting weight of 300 or 400+. if she is 400+, 30/month is achievable with the MFP minimum 1200 calorie intake. unhealthy, but achievable.

128 lbs down a year and a month in. so, yes.
-
hi. i've lost over 100 lbs and i joined MFP just a little over a year ago and so far, for me it was accurate. i log absolutely everything i eat (down to spices) and eat within 1200-1600 calories every day. if i do some exercise, i don't log it here as MFP looks to me like they're overestimating calories burned displayed on…

log raw and move on. 200g of 80/20 ground beef at 500 calories sounds right. 1 serving of most meats are around 4 oz raw or 113g.
-
i'm so proud of you, jen! i remember when you were at 10-20 lbs lost and now you've lost over 100.
-
i think 1300 calories/day is fine, but yeah, fast food based diet isn't.
-
if you came here to get something out of your chest, you do need to talk to/see someone. only getting sub 700 calories a day is not enough for your body to get your daily nutrients and you might be in for complications if your emotional stress last longer than you anticipated. hope you feel better soon.

i do! i always look at my hands since i noticed it. it looks great i haven't seen that on me ever lol
