Ok! Day 1 Level 1: I was surprised by how much it kicked my butt! When I skimmed thru the video - it didn't look that difficult but - wow. Here are my measurements: Arm: 16 Waist: 51.5 Thigh: 31 Hips: 52 So...yeah. I need all the butt-kicking I can get!

I am on a rollercoaster with losing weight and exercising.
