i know im lazy, im not asking or looking for advice on change or losing more weight. when i get into the swing of my schedule ill start incorperating exercise into my daily routine. i was just wondering if there were others out there doing the same thing and what their nutrition was like. i do realize its better to be fit…

ive heard that after a workout you should eat simple carbs to stabalize your blood sugar since its low from working out, and to fuel your body and replenish nutrients to your muscles quickly...or something like that...? and then an hour after get some protein in. anybody have input on this?

im weird like that. ill try something for the first time. hate it. then try it again, and love it. i can eat it plain and enjoy it. but i get what youre saying about the dry and wet types. the one i got was on the wet side, but i like it. im glad i came around to it, good source of protein, keeps me full, and its versitile.

im a carbs addict. i like ezekiel bread too, i used to always eat the low sodium one...but recently i switched to the genesis 1:29 bread. and i love the ezekiel cinnamon raison bread with adams natural chunky peanut butter is sooooo gooooooooooood!
