too much carbs = bad?
i think i posted something similar to this before, but i want to double check. i go over my carbs by a lot every day. but my fiber is always more over than my carbs. and my carbs usually come from fruits veggies and whole grain. however, is going over (25+) my carbs everyday this way going to effect my weightloss?

question about carbs
every day i go wayyyyyyyy over my carbs while staying within my calories. but they come from whole grains and fruits and veggies mostly. does the type of carb make a difference? like how people say dont take the sugars from fruits into account, does the same go for carbs?

questions concerning calories metabolism and protein
