zig-zagging, has it worked for you?

i'd like some info on it and would like to know if its worked for you. your input plz

I do this and LOVE it. I do 3-5 days (different each time) eating my 1200 calories as recommended on here, then I do 1400 for one day, then 1600 for one day and then start the process again. I have lost 5lb doing it but more importantly to me, I feel great. I have more energy and motivation to keep going with it0

I am doing it - didnt eat all my zig zags yesterday as I am ill but to be honest it seems no different to if i eat my mfp 1200 and then eat back some of my exercise calories0

how long have you been zig zagging? and do you know what calorie cycling is...? is it sorta the same thing/concept?0
