i eat healthy, i graze throughout the day (i eat 7 times a day), lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains, and all that good stuff. but im always way over my carbs, fiber, sugar, and sometimes protein, but still under my calories...idk if i should eat those calories (i can live without them, sincei m not hungry from eating 7 times a day) and keep adding to those numbers in the red zone, or if i should switch my diet so that i get enough calories and stay within my carb/protein/sugar range. i dont wanna open my food diary, but today looks like this:

breakfast:
-1/3cp all bran buds
-1/2cp unsweetened silk soy milk (i mix in another half cup water with this)
-1cp blueberries

snack #1:
-1cp kashi go lean cereal

snack #2:
-1/2cp non-fat yogurt
-1/2cp applesauce
-1tsp cinnamon

lunch:
-2 sliced ezekiel 4:9 low sodium bread
-2tbsp hummus
-1cp alfalfa sprouts
-1 pickle

snack #3:
-whole papaya
-1cp almond milk unsweetened

dinner:
-soup (1 large carrot, 1/2cp chopped celery, 1cp chopped cabbage, 1 small onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2cp vegetable broth, 1cp water, groud pepper)

snack #4:
-1-2cps steamed broccoli

i dont want to lose weight, i want to maintain, i do pretty much nothing all day (bad i know. i plan to start exercising when i get my gym membership when school starts in aug.). will i gain weight if im going over carbs/protein/sugar but am 200 calories shy of my daily recommended amount?

You can eat fats. :) They aren't scary or terrible. Choose a healthy fat, like avocado or a nut. Fats are important for living. It sounds like if you have carb/protein goal complete, then the fat goal is the only one left. :)

Otherwise, 200 isn't a major deal. But if you start to lose weight while you are trying to maintain, that 200 ends up being important. I can't say for sure what amount of calories you will need to maintain, we are all a bit different.
