I am 4'11 and ~100 pounds and I eat ~2000 calories a day. Today I had 2200 calories. I am quite active. During the week I workout for 90 minutes a day and sit in class the rest of the time. Weekends I workout for about 2 hours a day. Usually it's 60-90 mins cardio, 30 mins strength. So a burn of 600-800 ish calories a day.0

well I'm 5'9 maintainance calories are 1830 w/o exercise, I weigh 150. I have my activity level set to sedentary, but I workout 6-7x a week. Im stll tweaking my calorie intake and getting up to the 1830, let alone eating back exercise cals.0

Well I am 4'11'' and I am on maintenance right now as far as calories goes, I started strenght training so I am building muscle and still losing fat but My weight is pretty stable. I am not sure if my experience is applicable to you.
anyway I eat 1500 calories a day plus between 75 to 100% of my exercise calories0 -

quite helpful, as i am considering strength training to tone and build muscle eventually too. are you still losing, or seeing a difference in measurements yet?0 -
I lost 6 inches total in 6 weeks. This week no inches lost but I am waiting for TOM to get here.0

I would like to follow that up with I use 1500 as my base (sedentary) and then when I workout I also take 60-75% of that ...so my 600 calorie burn days would be 1500+450 so 1950. My 800 calorie days would be about 2100 calories. Some days I burn ~1000 calories according to online calculations but I max out my calories at 2200 regardless of how much my estimated burn is.0
