i eat cereal twice everyday, love the stuff! i have all bran every morning, and choose between fiber one honey squares, kashi go lean, or kashi heart to heart toasted honey for a snack...but ill be trying more soon :)

i been craving tostitos corn chips and salsa every day since i started this healthy lifestyle (4 months ago). and today i tried a new healthy alternative...celery sticks and salsa! kicked my craving and it was delishes. will defnitely be having this more often.

funny i should stumble upon this post. i was JUST thinking today of how i being a nutritionist is possibly something id enjoy doing for the rest of my life. i enjoy nutrition and this site has helped me learn so much about it, and its just made me want to keep learning. yay:)

thanks guys. very very helpful. also. everyday i go over my carbs proteins (15g over...do you think mfp sets it too low?) sugars and fiber (but im also over in vitamins too). most sugars are from fruit though. and carbs are from whole grains n such. but i stay under my calories. is that not good going over? am i gonna gain…

macadamia nuts are my fav :D but theyre a liiiiiiiiiittle too fattening. ill save them for cheat days, heheeeeee!

excellent idea! totally forgot about that. thanks for the encouragement on fats:) im still trying to get out of the mindset that fats are bad, even though i know i need good and healthy fats. i shall add some walnuts to my day ^_^

all bran cereal, one cup blueberries, unsweetened soy milk. have this for breakfast EVERY morning. love it so much i look forward to it the night before.

i miss everything starchy salty fattening and sweet. but lately ive been really really really wanting chips. and not the healtier kinds. the worse kinds. like pringles. and ruffles. and lays. i also miss popcorn. the buttery heavy salty popcorn. with mochi crunch and furikake.

i eat a papaya everyday as a snack, papaya time is one of my favorites times of the day:) so sweet and juicy and delicious. 7 papayas for $1, lucky i live hawaii;)

oh no! thats what i have trouble with too. its hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle when ppl socialize by eating and drinking, both of which i have strict limits about. maybe you could ask her to meet you at your local natural food store?...where they serve fresh and healthy baked goods and hot beverages:)
