I think i started at maybe 1500 calories a day but as i lost the weight i got down to 1300. Now i have to work my way down to 1200. I do feel a lot better about myself. i actually enjoy shopping and wear clothes now

I have only been there once. I live about 2 hours away...near the poconos. It was a lot of fun and i hope to get back there sometime this summer :smile:
