I have four cats. Three tonkinese (sydney, mokey and lubird) and a siamese named mai tai. Sydney and Mokey are the lighter two and Lubird and Mai Tai are the darker ones snuggling. I am a crazy cat lady and proud of it! I love my girls.

Just did day 7 of routine 1. The first 3 days were really rough and I would limp into work every morning but now I can make it through all the exercises. Im getting nervous for routine 2 and what that has in store for my body! Good luck to everybody doing it! Keep it up even when it gets really hard...you can do it :)

I just bought the zumba for Wii. ive only done it once but it was a lot of fun and it burned a good amount of calories. Its nice because i can dance around my living room and not in front of a whole bunch of people.

SW - 177.5 lbs GW - 170 lbs Diet Goal: Continue to eat 1300 calories a day Fitness Goal: Exercise at least 180 minutes a week. I've been stuck around the 177 to 176 weight range for a while now. i hope this challenge helps me to kick start my weight loss again.

when i started i was 235lbs. ive lost 60lbs so im down to 175, which was my original goal but now that im there i want to lose more. so my new goal is probably between 160 and 165 lbs. once i reach that ill see if i should go lower!
