Free to everyone and you can join at any time!

Started Feb 1st (I know I'm a day late but include your workouts from the 1st till today)

The challenge is simple...

Exercise 24 hours (1440 minutes) total in the month of February!



Jan 1 - 30 min bike, 16 treadmill run/walk
Jan 2 - 37 min treadmill (30 min run 7 walk)

1 hour 23 mins 83/1440 mins total

    Feb 01 - 30 minutes walk, 60 crossramp ( 90 )
    Feb 02 - 10 min walk, 30 elliptical ( 40 + 90 = 130 )
    Feb 03 - 15 yoga + 40 crossramp ( 50 + 130 = 180 )
    Feb 04 - REST
    Feb 05 - 50 min crossramp ( 50 + 180 = 230 )
    Feb 06 - 50 min crossramp + 10 min walk ( 60 + 230 = 290 )

    Not so bad............
