    Cant lose much at one time since I am a bfing momma But I am down 1 lb and since I ate fast food 3 times this last week and never eat out I am happy with it :)

    I walk and do low impact aerobics every day. I do strength training 3x per week. I also track my calorie intake daily.

    I have been going to Curves 3 days a week and also counting all calories. I haven't changed my eating in years and suddenly my body doesn't know what to do. Currently under treatment for a torn meniscus.

  • Hiya - I actually can't find my previous post - but I think my goal was to lose 5 and do 20 *proper* consecutive pushups

    Re pushups - got through about 12 in one go, but still from knees - lame!

    My goal is to lose 6 more lbs in February (I'd like to be at 226 by the 29th). I've lost 31 lbs since 2009, of that amount 21 lbs is with MFP since joining in early 2011.

    I am watching calories and eating back my exercise calories for the most part. Zumba was 3 day a week now I added an extra class (4xweek), C25K (only 2 days a week) can't find a 3rd time to do it with the kids, 30 DS level 1 3x week. Boy am I sore. I was doing pilates 2x week and I am trying to make class, but with the baby, I have to choose, C25K or pilates... time is hard to come by. Whhoooo!

    I am trying to get at least 30 minutes of cardio in a day....I am also trying to do 30 day shred video a few times a week. I cant do it everyday... I get bored fast.

    Okay, I'm embarrassed to post this, but hoping it will help me better stay on track. I actually had a gain from February 1, even with regular workouts, increasing my water intake, and starting boot camp this past Monday. :huh:

    However, on reflection, I bought trail mix, and although it was not processed/packaged but the natural, each container was nine servings of 1/4 cup each. I bought it intending to take it to a Super Bowl party so I'd have something "healthy" to munch on instead of the chips and junk, but instead I ate one whole container on Th, another on F, and the last one on Saturday. Where was my willpower and common sense?:sad:

    Anyway, other than those lapses, I've been eating healthy meals, and am hoping the boot camp will help make a difference for next week.
