    i am trying to eat right and doing weights and cardio. This has been working for me. total of 15 lbs so far (Since Jan 3rd)

    1st week weigh in: Wed. Feb. 8= 130.8kg/288lbs (3kg/7lbs loss)

    I wasn't really on track this week so I'm glad I still had a little bit of a loss. I weighed mid week and it looked like I was going to have quite a significant gain so I'm glad it was a slight loss. Back on track this week...

    How do you count your exercise? I can't seem to find dvd's in the data bank? Would appreciate advice. I do Walk Away the Pounds and Zumba for WII but don't know how many calories I burn.

    Trying to do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day; walking outside, treadmill, or elliptical. Logging all my food really helps to stay focused. I had hoped to lose 8 pounds in February, It may have been a little optimistic on my part :tongue: :ohwell: I guess I will just have to see what I can do in the next two weeks.
