    I'm back, and yes I will continue with your challenge, the challenge helped me accumulate 2,872 minutes or 48 hours. This month I hope to have many of my hours on my bike, something that bad weather prevented me from doing last month.
    So week one my goal is 500 minutes:tongue: and I will also keep track of hrm calories burned and km logged form my cycling.

    Welcome to the challenge newbies!! You can post to the thread as often as you like. Most of us post or check in when we complete a workout. I usually go back and find my last post by hitting quote and erasing the quotes in the brackets so the post looks fresh. Before I save it I update the data. The quote in brackets are [ ] or [quote/]. There is one at the top and bottom. see example from January's challenge below:

    Well since 180 minutes hasn't made the difference I want I am going for another 90 minutes this week. 270 total.

    The easiest way to find the thread each day is to go to "message boards" and then choose 'My Topics". Then you look for this thread.

    This should answer questions on how the challenge works.
