I'm back, and yes I will continue with your challenge, the challenge helped me accumulate 2,872 minutes or 48 hours. This month I hope to have many of my hours on my bike, something that bad weather prevented me from doing last month.
So week one my goal is 500 minutesand I will also keep track of hrm calories burned and km logged form my cycling.

Well since 180 minutes hasn't made the difference I want I am going for another 90 minutes this week. 270 total.0
