About to go for a walk and I only have 8 minutes to go to meeting my goal and our walk usually takes 60 minutes. So will be doing my last post soon.
Week # 1 -- Jan 30th -- 405 minutes made goal of 360 minutes
Week # 2 -- Feb 6th -- 305 under my Goal of 360 minutes
Week # 3 -- Feb 13th -- 290 made my Goal of 180 minutes even starting a bit late.
Week #4 -- Feb 19th -- Goal of 280 but to make my calories goal I may have to do more.

Mon: just light cleaning I guess this was my rest day
Tue: 60 min. run/walk intervals
Wed: 102 min aquafit weight training and cardio hiit planned
Thur: 60 min. run/walk intervals
Fri: not much to mention just some slow walking around the Mall for 25 minutes not going to include.
Sat: 50 minute walk/hike
Sun: just about to go for a walk around Greenlake with my husband usually an hour.
Total / min left: 272/80 -
Week # 4 -- Feb 20th -- Goal 280 minutes:
Mon: 45 min (aqua jogging)
Tue: 70 (55 min stairstepper, 15 min walk the dog)
Wed: 65 (20 kettle bells, 45 min yoga)
Thur: 55 (treadmill)
Fri: 45 (stair stepping class)
Sat: rest
Sun: 45 (30 min stair stepper plus free weights, 15 min walk the dog)
Total / min left: 325/00 -
Week 4 - 20 February - Goal 240 mins
Monday: 10 mins. (10 min tone)
Tuesday: 35 mins (10 min tone, 25 mins stationary cycle)
Wednesday: 10 min tone
Thursday: 10 min tone
Friday: 70 mins (10 min tone, 60 mins aerobics)
Saturday: Nil
Sunday: 70 mins (45 mins walk, 25 mins stationary cycle)
Total: 205 mins. Remaining: 35 mins0 -
Here's my last post for the week. I made my goal and then some.

Though I wasn't able to exercise the first 2 week of Feb, I'm back in the game now.

Mon- geocaching 300 minutes (1190 calories) Lol made my goal already! Will still try 30-60 minutes a day
