    Saturday: 30 mins (walking on a treadmill with an incline that progressed to 9.0)
    Sunday: 30 mins (jogged on the treadmill on the speeds of 4 - 5)

    Total: 195 mins - Mins left: 0 mins - Went over goal: 15 mins.
