Though I wasn't able to exercise the first 2 week of Feb, I'm back in the game now.

Mon- Walking 40 min
Tues Walking- 180 minutes
Wed- Walking 60 minutes
Thurs. Walking- 120 min This walking is getting pretty old. Three more weeks until I can go back to the gym. I have been to one mall 3 times, another once and one day (The only decent day) in the park. I would do so much better if I could get outside. Besides, the mall walking can get pretty expensive. LOL
Fri- walk/run 60 minutes Yea! Able to get to the park today!0 -

Wonderful Lynn! Good scenery always help for a better walk. I have a friend I visit in WI and her place is by a beautiful cemetary and I just love walking there when I go visit her. It is so beautiful and serene. Like paradise indeed. I know it sounds deep but it is the most beautiful and peaceful place to walk and think.0 -

Hi ladies... I am new here and would like to join in on the challenge starting next week. I am doing the PINK method... and doing great on my diet/nutrition, but need to be more accountable for the excercise. I am hoping this board will help. I have lost 15 pounds since January 3rd. Pretty happy about that, but it is time to up my game, because I have been at the same weight now for about 2 weeks and I know it is because I have slacked off on the exercise!!! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
