I don't deny myself anything but make adjustments the rest of the day to compensate. For Halloween my daughter bought hard cider and I planned on having one, well the one turned into two but I still came in under calories (by a smidge) for the day.

I still have some old jeans, not exactly sure why I'm hanging on to them. Granted they aren't from high school, but they are a few decades old, back from when jeans had no stretch to them. Anyone else have fond (or not so fond) memories of not being able to bend in their jeans? lol

I wish I could do Keto. A couple years ago (last time I was on MFP) I was doing Keto and quite successfully. I think I lost a little over 40lbs in about 4 months but then came the medical issues. Keto is great but not for everyone. As someone with a compromised kidney, I should have paid closer attention to the warnings…
