I have been curious about the 'Soylent' meal replacement product for a while. They claim that 3 servings a day provides 100% of the body's nutritional requirements. ...and no, I do not mean "Soylent Green" from the film. This is an actual product.

My usual breakfast consists of a Granny Smith apple, sliced with some low-fat peanut butter on it.

Slice a granny smith apple into quarters and add some low-fat peanut butter. Tasty and healthy!

In my opinion, it really does not matter. However, you should be consistent in when you do so. That way you are comparing 'apples-to-apples', as it were. For me, it is weekly on Wednesdays after my lunch workout.
