30lbs. in 6 months to be beach ready in July

I started on November 1st with the 21 day fix and its working for me I have lost 6.1 lbs. in 11 days. I finally broke out of 170's and weighed in yesterday at 165.1 lbs. I am so happy!!

I believe this is what I am dealing with right now. I gained like 3.7 lbs overnight and I haven't been eating bad at all and have started TRX classes. I think its going to be time for my Auntie Flo soon. The thing is I am perimenopausal and mine isn't all that regular.

I was worried about the same thing. I cut out fried foods, stay hydrated and I have to keep moving at least 2.5 miles a day because if I slow down its like I am a fat magnet. I am starting to see the results of a month of hardwork. A solid month of hard work for sure.

I love food too! I realized that if I didn't have the temptation I wouldn't eat it but alas I have a family that eats as they want. So I had to have healthy alternatives in the house so if they are eating cake I can eat some sherbert, sorbet, or a sugar free popsicle. I bought them soda I bought diet soda for me and guess…

Have you tried Activa Yogurt it really works, and if you have a juicer there are cleanse recipes that help you go naturally and increase your veggie and fruite intake. Good luck
