Total Lost: 5.4 pounds (not bad) March 1st

Already....... SW: 203.8 February 1st Week 1: 204. 8 February 8th (was highly disappointed) Week 2: 202.2 February 15th (was very happy) Week 3: 199.6 February 22nd (was able to move off 200th Blvd.) Week 4: 198.4 February 29th (not happy, not sad not trying to leave in the the 190's long either!)

SW: 203.8 (Feb. 1st) Week 1: 204.8 (Feb 8th) Week 2: 202.2 (Feb 15th) Week 3: 199.6 (Feb 22nd) I would need to lose 6 pounds to reach the 10 pound challenge...... If I lose half of that, I think I will be more than over joyed either way!!!!

I want in. I actually do my weekly weigh-ins every Wednesday and I am focused on a specific weight-loss goal for Feb. 1st so I can let you know my weight then. (I don't want to mentally jinx myself).
