hi everyone! hope you are all doing good on all aspects... ESPECIALLY the C2K portion. heh. as for me, i missed 2 weeks and im petrified! i had my religious festival and was caught in the preparation and celebration and all the food.. OMG. i failed miserably. so tomorrow i will be restarting W4D1 and see if i can shuffle…

Perhaps you could continue with D2 followed by D3, and repeat the whole week again if you're still struggling thru. I'm on my repeat week this week, and I'm still shuffling along. The 5min stretch is hard!
-
I totally feel you.

Congrats on completing W4D2! I wish I could say the same thing about the 2nd day being so much easier, though. Heh. My 2nd 5min jog was horrible; I stopped twice for about 5-10secs. And now, my thighs and calves are damn sore. Perhaps I should repeat this week. Hmmm.

Might have problems with the drinking portion though, coz it's the fasting month! Hehe.

Weekly challenges in a spreadsheet? Count me in! Hehe. I just hope I'll be able to follow thru till the end, though. ;p

Reading your post makes me both scared and excited for my W4D1 run today. :p Congrats on completing it!

I have a 5km run scheduled in December! How long is that, right. Haha. The other races scheduled here are all 10k and above. Perhaps I should create my own race instead. Gather a bunch of friends/family and just choose a day to run. Hmmm. Sounds like a plan.

Good luck!

I think BOTH of you ran circles around ME! I'm not really sure what my mileage is, but I'm guessing 1.2mile or less. I think I should walk faster during the breaks. Haha. I'm terribly slow! I feel the same way too. I think my distance when I started out was further than where I am now. Strange.

Haha, I'm just glad that the idea works for you. I have yet to try it out, though. Am currently reading up on the 30Day Shred and wondering if doing it will compliment the running or totally kill me.

Good for you! My 3min runs last week were also soo soo slow, especially the 2nd one. But it felt great once it's done right? As of now, I have not run for 3 consecutive days and I'm dreading W4D1 today. Even my tummy is protesting with lots of uneasiness. Haha.

Hi Leah, This is a great idea - Count me in! It's a good thing, considering that October 7th is my 30th birthday! Some good news would be great start to my 30's. Haha! NAME: Ana AGE: 29 HEIGHT: 5'1" START WEIGHT FOR CHALLENGE: 176 (80kg) GOAL WEIGHT FOR CHALLENGE: 143 (65kg) -- seems too confident, hehe. STARTING SIZE…

Hi! I'm doing ok, I supposed. Completed W3D2 today and I'm feeling abit tired. The 2nd 3min run really is a drag. I'm afraid just reading abt W4. *shudders* Anyway, here's to answering your questions. - are you sticking strictly to the c25k schedule? Ans: Kind of. Sometimes there is a lapse of 2 days in between my 1st &…

Don't you & your knees get tired for running 6 times per week? I'm assuming that it's consecutive days. I want to try jogging Mon-Fri but am afraid that my knees will juz buckle after a while and I'll be out for a few days and then I will have to start over. I've been considering doing week 1's workout alternately. Say if…

W3D1 done! I was huffing & puffing & shuffling nearing the end of the 2nd 3min run. Didn't know 3min can feel soooo damn long! And so I'm done for the day. My thighs are aching (damn the hill) and I'm enjoying resting my legs on the CPU yet again. Oh Monday blues please change colour....

Yes I soo agree wif u. Listening to my own breathing, or rather, the gasping & wheezing, is totally not fun. At all.
-
Did my W2D3 this morning and I rocked it! I was a bit out breath towards the end, though. My thighs are slightly aching and shaky, my right ankle is wobbly, but my knees are fine! Strange. It's Friday here in Singapore, so..... TGIF everyone!

Why is the voice in my app not a man? It wld be nice to imagine a handsome one motivating me till the end. Hehe!

Hi y'all! Completed W2D2 this morning and the last 2 runs were HARD. I wanted to die everytime the lady voice said 'u have 45secs left of running'. Haha. And now? My right ankle hurts, my right shin hurts, my right knee hurts, even my right butt hurts! Do you think it's a gait problem? Hmmm. Maybe I run a few more times…

I sure do need some inspiration - I'm in! I'm due to start my W2D2 today. But I'm thinking of repeating my Day 1 as it was one hell of a run. Haha. All my previous attempts at doing C25K have always stopped at either Week 2 or Week 3. I sure do hope I can complete it this time round. Here's to graduation! ps: anyone wants…
