I don't log my beverages most days. Usually its water and noncaloric diet pop but every once in awhile its something with calories and I still don't log it.

Find what works for you there are more simple type stretches and things. Talk to your Dr or if you know anyone who knows a lot about fitness type stuff I am sure if you look you can find something that works for you.

I work second shift and rarely get up before noon. I also rarely go to bed before 3am. I eat my last meal of the day around midnight to 1am depending on how hungry I am when I get home from work. Not sure if this applies but as I was looking to add a protein shake to my diet I was warned not to use them in a I'll just have a protein drink a few times a day and not eat type of way.
