Savory Steel Cut Oats! I make big batches on the weekend. I use sausages, chorizo, chiles, whatever floats my boat. They are super filling and just freaking delicious!

The difficulty of feeling so proud of yourself as you meet those short term goals, then realizing that to the outside world you are still just a "fat" person.

I never have found a way. I just make a base recipe, then exchange ingredients when I switch it up... then again I cook for one week in advance usually.
