I switched it to 1lbs/week and it does make a pretty decent adjustment to1630 calories a day. I have read in a fitness magazine that limiting yourself to only 1200 calories for more than a week or two isnt healthy/dangerous, so I believe that this new 1630 is probably safer - yet a longer process that I can manage better…
