I loved P90X, and turbofire...It is true, there are coaches who know what they are talking about and can help, and there are coaches who are in it just to make money by selling BB DVDs and Shakeology....or to get a discount on their own Shakeology (though the 25% discount brings your Shakeology down…

Coaches only get commisions if you buy something (workouts, Shakeology) through them..thus the huge push :)

Used to be a coach too....but wasn't "sucessful" bc I didn't fill my FB newsfeed with everything Beachbody, or push Shakeology.

Free coaching.....and in my experience alot of push to buy their workouts (turbofire, power 90, p90x,turbojam, slim in 6, hiphop abs etc) and to buy Shakeology (meal replacement shake).

I had an account on Sparkpeople and use the recipe calculator on there to determine the calories. As for deciding how many servings are in..say a pot of chili, or a casserole, I just figure about how many bowls/servings it will last for, and use that for per serving calories.

I work out b/f they are up..take them on walks and to the park (where i dont let myself just sit and watch) and my 2 year old WILL get involved in my exercise, but is also the reason I fell 2 days b/f delivering my son and sprained my foot wrist and tailbone, so I try to do it when shes sleeping :P

Honestly, kids eat too much garbage, and everything has sugar in it....there is a rare disease though (I know a kid with it), where the child never feels full?
