I am ready for this challenge. Getting on the scale will not be too big of a problem for me. The last time I got on the scale was 10/23/2011 and I weighted in at a whopping 295.8, it was hard for me to break 300 but I know that with continued hard work and dedication I can do it. Wow that's great. I plan on doing some form of exercise hopefully 7 days a week as well. Trying to work on eating all of my calories including the exercise ones. I'm that person that only eats when I feel hungry, trying to get out of that habit.

My mom has been doing a tablespoon of ACV every morning and she says that since she started she has noticed a slight weight loss. I purchased a bottle about a week ago and plan on starting it on Monday. You have to make sure that you are picking up the organic one.
