Well, sorry it took me so long to get back to this topic, my life got busy fast. I got a 65cm ball, blew it up to full inflation, and did the whole thing where you let it rest... and it was definitely too short for me. My knees are above my lap when I sit, and it doesn't feel very good to sit on. :( I guess I'll have to…

Yeah. Everything I could find said "get it based on height, but if you're heavy or have short/long legs, maybe you'll need a different size". But I can't find anyone saying how to size for different weight to height ratios with actual numbers or testimonials from people around my size. So it isn't being terribly helpful.

I lost twenty five pounds in my first four months on birth control, because it screwed with my appetite really bad, and I have trouble eating when I'm hungry anyways. I was on Seasonique, I think... I wasn't sorry to see the weight go, as I was and still am obese, but it was NOT a healthy way to lose it.

My baseline calorie intake on MFP is 1960, but like 98% of the time I exercise enough that I end up eating 200+ calories over that without going over my limit. I've been doing this since July, and I know I lost five pounds by mid August. At that point I moved back up to school, where I don't have a scale, so I have no idea…

Is your doctor saying this, or is it the site? If it's the site, ignore it, because MyFitnessPal doesn't know anything about your individual life or needs. If your doctor is telling you this, there's probably a good reason.

I thought cleanse diets didn't really do much? Also, if you are only eating 300 calories a day, I have trouble imagining a situation where that would be healthy. That's one very small meal's worth of food, for the entire day. Like, literally. I think the smallest meal I have ever eaten was about 350. Less than that, and…

45 minutes moving boxes and heavy furniture at my Grandma's house, then forty minutes of relaxed walking.

27? And you aren't that horrible, you're actually pretty close. I just turned 20.

This may not be the best thing, I dunno. But all my life, I have just walked in whatever my most comfortable pair of shoes is. So, right now I walk in a pair of Teva sandals. In the past I have walked for miles and miles in my mom's old work shoes (looked vaguely like this:…

http://i1208.photobucket.com/albums/cc377/kaikadragon/20140714_135223.jpg I have no idea how to post photos, so hopefully this link works. I had a chicken artichoke sandwich today for lunch, made with leftover chicken breast, artichoke hearts (well drained), a tiny bit of lettuce, neufchatel cheese, and garlic powder. And…

Their website seems to have been deleted. Maybe I'll try yoga again though. I did that for a while, and while it was hard, my balance etc. was noticeably better at the end of the course.

It's not genetic, as far as they can tell. I am also autistic and have a sensory processing disorder that was pretty severe when I was a child. Hypotonia and dyspraxia are pretty common to go along with both of those things, so I think it's reasonable to assume that there is nothing horribly wrong. Unfortunately, while my…

I haven't tried water aerobics, but I suspect they wouldn't work for the same reason swimming doesn't - I forgot to say it originally, but I also have developmental dyspraxia, and so I have trouble with things that require coordinating different parts of my body to work together. So, I am not really coordinated enough to…

I forgot, I'd love if anyone has healthy recipes or tips to share, and feel free to add me!

Do you want to add me? I am new as well, and just turned twenty in June. :) This is my first time seriously trying to lose weight, as I have stayed steady at about 245-250 pounds since starting high school (I'm 5'9", would prefer to be under 200). Nice to meet you!
