Hey everyone, Diagnosed with Type 2 last October and am on Metformin 500mg twice daily, my numbers keep coming down so I take that as a good sign. Just joined up a few days ago and am positive that I am going to do it this time. Love all the posts I have read so far, great group!! Good luck everyone :heart: :smile: :heart:
