If you are within your weekly range you should be fine. You might be hungrier on those days.

Ask yourself this question everyday: "What can I do to help me reach my goal, RIGHT NOW" - Georges St-Pierre He did not say "to reach my goal" he said to become better/stronger. It can be applied however you want. It may be to go for a jog, might be to lift weights or eat well.
