Count me in. I just started MFP on 5/17/11. My first weigh in, I lost 2.8 lbs. Now, I'm up to 4 lbs. in just two weeks. It's so easy and fun to track everything. I'm up for the challenge. I would like to lose 10 lbs. by July 5th.

What helps me during the day, is having a water bottle with me all the time. I find that keeping a water bottle while driving, I challenge myself to drink it all before I get to where I'm driving. Also, refill the same water bottle. Or get a nice cup with a straw. I refill my water bottle at the water cooler throughout the…

I just started and haven't weighed myself yet. I was thinking of weighing once a month, but the curiosity makes me want to get on the scale every week. I started on May 17th, last Tuesday.
