I havent done ANY exercise and have lost 25 lbs since easter. I may start soon but up til now the only thing I have done is watch my eating. good luck... it is a great site.

I was trying to determine what type of rice to cook and saw that number but cant remember what type of rice it was.... prob white. I was a little overwhelmed with all of the variations and could not decide which type to get. I am getting a new rice cooker and want to try it out. lol thanks for all the feed back.

My sweet little old mother in law (85) always confuses the saying "got chewed out by my boss" to I got "ate out by my boss" I wanted to crawl away when she said in public one time. lol

I have the app on my phone but I really dont wont to lose the # of days logging in I may have to find a friend to log on for me the days I cant. I really dont want to use roam on the phone and face a horrible bill when I return. Thanks for all the advice.

The best beach voted by the Travel Channel in FL is the white sands of Sarasota. I kid you not it was like walking on baby powder. Dont know much about lodging since my parents live in Ft. Myers and we drove the the white sandy beaches is a MUST!! Have fun I will be there in 2 weeks.

I'm in the same boat... trying to shop healty on a budget is not easy. I like sugar free jello, which is easy on the pocket if you buy the box not the pre-made. I also get bread from the bread store if there is one nearby you. Do you watch for coupons or go on site to find them? They may help too. Whole chicken or Turkey…

you can find the info on the mc d nutrition. It depends on the chicken grilled vs fried and the dressing. I think it is an okay choice especially for fast food.

I have a real problem with sodim too. I am trying to find seasoning with lower salt but high in flavor. not easy.

i totally agree with you. It is more than numbers it is a way of life. That is why I try not to beat myself up when I go over sometimes due to special events etc. I am trying for a new mind set not a quick fix.
