So I could drink a shake before and after workout?

Ok thanks I bought some protein shakes that my sister recommend for me and I like them. So I was just wondering when is it the best time for them she's grabs them in the mornings cause it faster she's always busy.

I workout at home aswell I do the 30 DS and Leslie Sansone walking DVD. Also sometimes I'll go outside with my 2 yr old walking up and down the road or run around the yard when it isn't wet out .

I hate mine!! You see my top teeth are crowded and I have this one tooth on the left that sticks out so when I smile you can notice it so I never smile in pictures.

Lol I agree.. I am married at age 22 I choosed a man over school I am now a SAHM here in Houston which I am from Ok and I miss Ok!! I hate Houston's weather!

I can diffently relate to everyone. I LOVE Chinese like the other ppl mentioned on here I can clear like 3 plates and go back and get desserts. But I still go eat Chinese occasionally but think better than before, and another thing is Sonic that was my favorite fast food resturant ever I LOVED the cheese sticks with ranch…

Chinese lol but I have to say everything pretty much what almost everybody said on this thread. I just watch my calories, and still enjoy my favorite foods at times in portions, and moderations.

I mean I look great standing up but sitting down I hate my belly roll over my jeans ew.. I just hope one day ill get there actually fit in these shirts again. Some are still kind of snugged.

Thank you!! I was curious I was at wal-mart the other day thought about using the whey protein shake but idk how it taste but I am seriously thinking about getting it than using the Herbalife protein shakes.

Well let's see I eat whole grains, fruits, veggies , lean protein. But I have trouble going over carbs at times and also sugar I mean I don't eat a lot of it. Like last night I was craving ice cream and I ate it the serving amount but at the same time I wasn't really hungry I just craved it. How to ignore these cravings?

My BMR is 1670.2 and my TDEE is 2289 what do I go now? I read it but trying to think what to do with the #' s.
