I'll admit its really rough sometimes. I think the best thing for me is just to stick to my usual routine. Sticking with my normal exercise and diet helps keep me motivated to move off the couch! I like to add a little cranberry-raspberry juice to my water (1oz/8oz water). It tastes great, no artificial sweeteners or anything. It adds a few calories, but I think its well worth it!

Hello there, I'm not a drinker, so when I drink its usually one and I'm not that worried about it. My brother in law is a beer drinker and when he was doing atkins he switched to Micolob (sp?) ultra light because it was lower in carbs. Not sure what the calories are but I'm sure you can look it up on here!
